-What if I need a specific date?

                 Call or email Bake Believe 1^st to make sure the date is available

Book ASAP to reserve your date and ensure your requested liner/materials are available.

-What kind of cupcakes can I get?

The deals are for 4 dozen of 1 kind of cupcake in either White/Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry or Confetti

Because the deal is already discounted at over 50% , and then the merchant takes 40-50% of the remainder this is simply to make it more affordable for me.

*If you would like to vary your flavors you can do that for $7/dozen. So if, for example, you wanted 2 dozen Chocolate and 2 dozen white, that is an additional $14.

-Can I get a different flavor?

You can upgrade flavors, however there is an increased price for that. You would pay the initial $7 to vary the flavor, and then the difference in price from $23, the base price for cupcakes. So, for example, if you wanted to change to Cherry Cheesecake (a $26 cupcake), you would pay an additional $10/dozen. ($7+3)

-What if I want a stand?

You can rent the stands I show in my pictures. For 4 dozen you can rent a very classy acrylic 4 tier stand at a discounted price for these deals only of $40. You will have your choice of round or square based on availability, along with a ‘lazy-susan’ turntable that makes the stand accessible from all sides. (5 tier $50, 6 tier $60)  You are responsible for bringing back the stand.

Another option is to purchase a disposable Styrofoam stand. These still look nice, and a perfect for holding 48 cupcakes. That would be yours to keep.   This is $25 (photo below)

-What if I want to add cupcakes?

You can add for the price of the flavor you want per dozen. (As many as you want)

-What kind of liners can I get?

Our cupcakes are made with the standard white liner that turns clear during baking.  Other liners are availble upon request, with advanced notice, and may require an additional fee.

-Can I use the deal to buy a cake or a package?

Sorry, Bake Believe is no longer offering cakes.  We have decided to focus on our passion, CUPCAKES!  You can use the deals to get a package.  Purchase the deal and then use it to take $85 off your already reduced package prices of 20% or more!  This saves you a ton of money!  

-Is there tax?

            Yes, you will have to pay tax on the full value.

The Living Social and JB Dollar Deals vary slightly; these questions are specific to each deal.

-Will you deliver to me?

Delivery is included with this deal up to 20 miles. This is calculated using mapquest from a zip code of 44212, to your delivery zip code. For each additional mile it is 50 cents/mile

-Can I pick them up?

Yes! Call or email me for the address. (Bake Believe is a home based business)

-Can I get custom decorations?

For this deal only customization is discounted at 5% off

Yes, for special events many people want custom decorations. The price varies depending on what kind of decoration you are looking for. For example, molded chocolate is $6/dozen, whereas molded sugar flowers are $16/dozen.

For special customization orders advanced notice of 2 weeks is necessary.

-I see custom decorations are included, what kind of custom decorating can you do?

Cupcakes are even more impressive with custom decorating.

We can do pretty much anything you can dream up! Some examples are molded chocolate in a variety of shapes/designs, fondant, icing flowers, sugar flowers, hand drawn chocolate, hand drawn icing designs, and so much more. These are all included in your JB Dollar deal price. (Some more complicated designs can be an additional fee) For special customization orders advanced notice of 2 weeks is necessary.

My favorite thing is to work with you and come up with new fun ideas. Call or email me with your theme or idea and we will see what we can come up with.

-How do I get my cupcakes?

Delivery is not included with this deal. You will pick up at a pre arranged time. Please call or email me to arrange that and to get the address.

Delivery is an option at discounted price for this deal only for $1.30/mile. (based on availability)

Frequently Asked Questions

 How are the cupcakes delivered?

With a normal order the cupcakes can be delivered for a fee, or they can be picked up. 

As of now, our delivery times and pick up times are in the evening. 

Special events pricing includes delivery and setup. 

How are the cupcakes packaged?

The cupcakes come to you in a cute box with individual cutouts and finger holes for each cupcake, to ensure their survival of transportation.  Special events cupcakes are delivered and setup, and some boxes are included to bring extra cupcakes home. 

Can I design my own cupcake or choose different base/filling/topping option?

Sure!  Let Bake Believe know what you are interested in and we will do everything possible to make it happen for you. This may require an additional fee, however.

How far in advance do I need to order cupcakes?

Bake Believe requests at least 72 hour advanced notice. Special events require at least 2 weeks, notice.  However if your event is closer than that, contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Can I personalize your cupcakes?

Of course, give us a call! We can also include a personal message for the recipient. 

How long will they stay fresh?

If you keep them airtight, they can last up to 5 days and still taste delicious.  They should stay at room temperature unless otherwise noted on the label.

Do you offer gluten free or nut-free options?

Not at this time, however, that is something we planning for the future.
